How we handle probate information

Probate documents can contain financial, identity and family information. Production uploads are intended to be encrypted in transit, stored in access-controlled UK-compatible infrastructure, and isolated by account and estate.

This preview is for demonstration only. Do not upload genuine wills, certificates, statements or other personal information until the production-services notice confirms that secure storage and authentication are enabled.

Retention and deletion

The production design records a retention date for each estate and supports deletion of source documents, generated files and associated metadata. A final retention period and lawful basis must be approved before launch.

Human review

Automated extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must verify extracted information and generated forms against original records before filing.
